Robert, a professional engineer, works on soil testing for a real nice Kentucky-style horse farm up near Hunter's Ridge. He pledged to protect the safety and welfare of the public and not aid and abet the unlawful practice of engineering. Robert seems to be satisfied that the finished product will adequately serve its purpose even though it may be overdesigned. No health and safety issues are involved.
