Abstract
David Perlmutter discusses how the visual media reporters are misrepresenting his work on interplay of warfare, government policies and public opinion. He finds himself compressing his conclusions to a single sentence, and one that misstates his meaning and hence gets misrepresented. David discusses this misrepresentation of work by discussing the Vietnam war and the Iraq war.
