Abstract
Today’s school principals face shorter tenures, face the intensification of school accountability and are the next segment of education which needs mentoring and coaching to successfully lead diverse learning environments in our public schools. Principals’ leading today’s schools not only have a complex and multilayered work load to execute, but must be savvy of the change process, finance and school policies and state laws, instructionally support new and seasoned teachers, navigate politics and ensure learning and equity for all students.
