abstract = "We have calculated the spectrum and wavefunctions of mesons and baryons composed of b quarks using non-relativistic quantum chromodynamics on the lattice. We include spin effects to lowest order and calculate hyperfine splittings of s states to high accuracy. The lattice spacing is fixed by the spin-averaged s-p splitting and d state meson and baryon masses are predicted.",
