Screening of my animated short “Titans: analogies on a city.” Flatland Film Festival combines the art of independent filmmaking with the business of independent filmmaking, shuffling the emerging with the established in terms of vision, passion, and technology and dealing new directions for all. Now in its seventh year, Flatland Film Festival has begun to establish itself as a grassroots venue for independent short film. There were more than 500 submissions this year from all over Texas.
