Abstract
Time-resolved luminescence line shapes of bound excitons are predicted by solving a set of master equations in which the exciton transfer mechanism depends on impurity concentration, alloy composition, and lattice temperature. These predictions are used to interpret time-resolved optical experiments on N-doped GaAs1-xPx.
