Abstract
The purpose of The Conductor is to act as an experimental garment, which allowed me to explore the integration of technology into a wearable piece. It was designed to encourage the audience and wearer to interact with the garment as a way to express themselves artistically and assign meaning to the ensemble.<br><br>There were over 700 works submitted by 277 artists. Juror Nami Yamamoto chose 43 works by 36 artists for this exhibition.
