Abstract

The adoption of circular model of the evolution of scientific information to meet the instrutional challenges such as learning course management software, maximizing student motivation and enabling group learning is discussed. The search strategies, evaluation and citation formats is implemented to encourge student interest. The WebCT course management software helps the instructors to integrte the assignments, test and self-test, discussion through bulletin boards and chat rooms and also provides an online team work area for students. WebCT also enables the instructors to monitor the participation of students in their respective teams.
