Abstract
This article studies the effect of blending short cut wool with cotton. Fabrics are produced with 100% Pima cotton and blends of 10%, 20% and 30% wool with Pima cotton. The four fabrics are tested for breaking strength, tear resistance, dimensional stability, stiffness, wrinkle recovery and pilling resistance after variable laundering and drycleaning cycles.
