Phase-locked two-color soliton microcombs

Abstract

We design a dispersion-engineered Si3N4 microresonator to support two-color soliton states. The directly-pumped 1550 nm soliton is phase-locked to a second color whose center wavelength can be tailored between 750 nm to 3000 nm.
