Persistent photoconductivity in InxAlyGa1-x-yN quaternary alloys

The persistent photoconductivity (PPC) effect in InxAlyGa1-x-yN quaternary alloys was reported. It was shown that the PPC effect was investigated with focus on its decay kinetics at different temperature. A comparision between the photoluminescence (PL), photoluminescence excitation (PLE) and photoconductivity (PC) measurements gave a direct access to the Stokes' shift. The results showed that studying PL, PLE and PC measurements, the potential fluctuations in quaternary alloys arose from the existence of InGaN-like clusters.
