Abstract

In this note, quasi-developable spaces and spaces with bases of countable order are studied. It is shown that a θ-refinable, quasi-developable space is a Moore space (and, hence, a space with a base of countable order) if it is a β-space, a wΔ-space, a p-space or an M-space. A hereditarily weak θ-refinable space with a base of countable order is a quasi-developable space. A space with a Gδ-diagonal has a base of countable order if it is a w{up triangle, open}-space, p-space or an M-space.
