Abstract
Techniques are derived for the internal stabilization of single-input-single-output time-varying systems and the simultaneous coefficient assignment of a r-tuple of multi-input-single-output time-varying systems. It is shown that the systems considered need not be slowly varying. In order that the compensators derived be robust, a new class of bounded-input-bounded-output stable systems is introduced. It is noted that all the techniques are constructive.
