Abstract

Molecular hydrodynamics in confined nanoparticle suspensions is studied using molecular dynamics simulations. We monitored the friction force experienced by a smooth nanoparticle that is translating parallel to the channel walls. Our results demonstrate the long range of hydrodynamic interactions in molecular solvents.
