Abstract

MERV is a computer program that can aid in the verification and evaluation of a given mathematical model. The program was developed to analyze both nonlinear and linear functions providing estimates of unknown coefficients, a 95 percent confidence range for those coefficients, an R**2 value for a goodness of fit measure, and the significance of the fit with and without data clustering.
