Abstract
A three-dimensional model of atmospheric pollution transport developed by the authors is tested for its ability to describe the behavior of concentration under breeze conditions by using the results of field experiments in the Santa Barbara Channel in Southern California. Intoducing the main physical characteristics of breeze circulation to the model provides an adequate description of spatial and temporal characteristics of pollutant concentration and realistic results as compared with observation data. -from Authors
