Abstract

I curated an exhibition of artist Colin Tuis Nesbit's intallation, "I'm Not Made for Love," at the TTU School of Art Satellite Gallery on the Charels Adams Studio Project Gallery in Lubbock, TX. Jan. 30-Feb. 22, 2019. This exhibition was part of the Feb. First Friday Art Trail on Feb. 1, 2019. This exhibition was experienced by over 2000 members of the Lubbock community.<br><br>Colin Tuis Nesbit is a preparator and art handler at the Philbrook Museum of Art in Tulsa, OK. Before that Nesbit most recently served as a director of University Galleries at Murray State University in southwestern Kentucky, where he managed the planning and execution of all exhibits and related programs and maintained the 1,200 work permanent collection. Prior to that, he served the Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego as an exhibition preparator. His personal art work has been exhibited nationally.<br><br>(Also noted in Engagement via Outreach and Engagement)<br>
