Abstract
In the Spring 2020 semester, Jill read submissions and selected the contents by May 2020; she also sent and received contracts and financial forms from all contributors. In the Fall 2020 semester, Katie proofread the issue, oversaw the development of back matter columns, ordered the issue, keyed in changes during proofreading rounds, wrote the Foreword, and selected cover and interior art. In early November and December, Jill typeset the final layout, managed the design, negotiated production with the printer including changes in the galleys stage, paid contributors and the printer, and prepared the mailing envelopes for distribution. Katie also read the galleys and sent Jill the changes to make and submit to the printer.
