Abstract
Read a total of 48 submissions, and accepted 11 manuscripts. Prepared final layout and design as well as oversaw electronic production, completed PR rollout and distribution. This is IHLR's annual New Year's Eve midnight publication--an e-issue filled with ekphrastic poems, stories, and essays in response to a photo will release in the summer.
