Guerrilla collection development: Time-saving tactics for busy librarians

Abstract

In smaller libraries without a Collection Development Librarian, there is often little time for collection management. At such institutions, librarians might consider guerrilla collection development: A series of time-saving tactics to get the job done. Although not an ideal approach, it might be a functional solution in the real world.
