Abstract

A finite-dimensional parameterization of linear time-varying systems in discrete time is obtained. The question of realization and the stability properties of these systems are analyzed. The development of a robust stabilization theory by an adaptive control is considered. The finite dimensionality of the space makes it possible to describe and analyze a structured family of time varying systems.
