Abstract
The purpose of this evaluation study was to determine parent, teacher, administrator, and student perspectives on the effectiveness of the short-term programs at Texas School for the Blind and Visually Impaired (TSBVI) in meeting the educational needs of children with visual impairments. The short-term programs have not been formally evaluated since their inception in 1999.
