    Abstract

Compares predictions using a two-bladed teetered rotor model (TEETER) with experimental data from a 1:20 scale model of the MOD-2 horizontal axis wind turbine operating in a wind tunnel. Results indicate that at small angles of collective pitch and small steady yaw angles, TEETER predicts the power and flap bending moment. A dynamic stall treatment will be added to improve results at higher angles of pitch, and higher yaw angles. (C.J.U.)
