Abstract

An innovative pilot program of comprehensive services to youth with severe emotional disorders was evaluated by means of a self‐administered questionnaire survey of family members. Results indicate that the program increased use of noninstitutional outpatient services, improved access to services, and enhanced family satisfaction and involvement with treatment planning and implementation. 1991 American Orthopsychiatric Association
