Abstract

In order to study the annealing as a function of conversion, chemical aging and physical aging must be separated. The kinetics of a new liquid high-Tg dicyanate ester/polycyanurate thermosetting material have recently been studied in the authors laboratory. This work presents effects of conversion and temperature on the physical annealing of the high-Tg dicyanate ester/polycyanurate system.
