Abstract

A drastic difference of anomalous 0g+→0g+ (p,t) analyzing powers on Zr92 and Mo94 is explained in terms of partial cross sections σmpmt with mp=mt=±12. It results from σ-12-12≈0 only for Mo94 due to completely destructive interference between the one-step and the two-step (p,d) (d,t) sequential process. NUCLEAR REACTIONS Vector analyzing power Ay(θ) and partial cross sections σ++(θ) and σ - (θ) for g.s. (p,t) on Zr92 and Mo94, Ep=22 MeV. First- and second-order DWBA.
