Many organizations employ much time and efforts to train their employees in Six Sigma (SS) methodology. One of the requirements for almost-Any SS certification program is the execution of a project that not always meets the minimum required characteristics to achieve the goals of the training program. For this matter, a Support Tool (ST) was developed as part of a distance learning SS certification program for Green Belts given by Arizona State University (ASU) and Tecnologico de Monterrey (ITESM) for engineering undergraduate students.
