The issue included 8 regular columns (three by Lee Gutkind and Phillip Lopate), an interview with food critic Ruth Reichl, and 8 feature articles (including one by Robert Atwan). Topics requiring research to verify facts: various recipes, Jenny Craig, pork industry and delivery to restaurants, pomegranates, grasshoppers, and E.B. White.
