Abstract

In the article titled "Flow Correlation Degree Optimization Driven Random Forest for Detecting DDoS Attacks in Cloud Computing" [1], there was an error in the expression below formula (1) in Section 3.2, where theta "θ" symbol should be replaced with alpha "α". Therefore the expression "W(RSDi) = αPort(RSDi)+ (1-α)Packet(RSDi), (0 < θ < 1)" should be corrected to be "W(RSDi) = αPort(RSDi)+(1-α)Packet(RSDi), (0 < α < 1)".
