Convergence: Korean Prints Now

Research output: Other contribution

Abstract

Convergence: Korean Prints Now Curated by Texas Tech professor Sang-Mi Yoo, this strong selection demonstrates the breadth of techniques and subjects tackled by 29 contemporary South Korean and Korean-American artists. There's too much variety to pin the show down thematically, but one undercurrent suggests tensions between tradition and the rapid changes brought by globalization. 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Mondays-Fridays through Oct. 15 at Williams Tower Gallery, 2800 Post Oak.
