Abstract
Performed with the Carl Murr Big band for his wedding in Anna, Texas. Carl Murr is a distinguished University of North Texas alumnus who put together an all-star band of sorts. Normally, this would not be a significant performance, but the entire band was made up of distinguished University of North Texas One O'Clock and Two O'Clock alumni who are now all either public school or university educators. The members of the band came from all over the US and Canada. It was a musical reunion of sorts, and the band performed and a very high national or international level. This was easily the highest caliber jazz ensemble I have performed with in recent years.
