Bumps on the information superhighway for K-12 education

Educators opening their classroom to the outside world using the Web usually encounter problems. Problems arise both with learning to use Internet technologies in the classroom, as well as with the use of the Internet with students. This article describes some of these problems and suggests how teachers might manage them.
