Boundary stabilization of a coupled wave-ODE system

Abstract

In this paper, we consider stabilization of a coupled wave-ODE system by backstepping method through converting the original system into a stable target system. At the same time, we prove that there exists a unique classical solution for gain function equations by iterative method and some technical skills.
