Abstract

A case study on the ethics in professional practices is discussed. The study discussed about the compensation that should be paid to a executive secretary at the public works department in Springfield. The termination of the public health department employee and successive voting on the issue were evaluated. According to the Board of Review members the employee, should be treated liberally to the limit of flexibility permitted by the policy. All the prior services and the contributions of the employee should also be considered.
