Abstract

The current editor of Descant, a literary journal, contacted me and asked if the journal could reprint my story in the magazine's 50th anniversary issue. The anthology included works by Joyce Carol Oates, Larry McMurtry, and many other famous Texas writers. My story appeared in the best-of anthology on pages 134-147.
