Analysis of an In-host Tuberculosis Model for Disease Control

Tuberculosis is still a global threat to humans.<br>In this letter, we analyzed a four-dimensional<br>with-in host tuberculosis infection model and<br>obtain thresholds for basic reproduction number<br>and forward-backward bifurcation.<br>Global sensitivity provide parameters significantly influencing the model<br>dynamics. Bifurcation analysis and diagrams show parameter regions<br>for disease elimination, latency, and active disease.<br>Numerical simulations prove analytical results and<br>demonstrate bistable model dynamics.
