Abstract

A remodified temporal self-correlation method for analysis of fMRI time series is introduced in this paper. The stimulus function in the method of correlation analysis is used in this method to eliminate inhibiting response. Compared with the OTSC and MTSC method, the proposed method can detect the fMRI-activation more accurately.
