We conduct a meta-analytic path analysis to investigate organizational culture as an intervening mechanism between leadership and unit performance. Results show that clan and market cultures partially mediate the relationship between relational and task leadership and unit performance. In addition, market culture mediates relationship between clan culture and unit performance.
