Abstract

My works, Reckoning [Kristina] and Take, were selected for inclusion by co-jurors Pat Musick, who holds her MA and PhD from Cornell University and has taught at the University of Houston and the University of Arkansas, and Jerry Carr, a former astronaut and commander of the International Space Station. ***However, due to concurrent exhibitions at Arts Benicia and the Third Coast National, I was unable to provide the chosen works to the AMoA. I nevertheless established a positive rapport with curator, Megan Valentine, and look forward to applying for future opportunities with AMoA.
